[b: Fried chicken Bento (boxed lunch) (16th anniversary price 500 yen)] Locally procure lunch for home telework. I thought I'd give this fried Bento (boxed lunch) a try, which I found on Twitter when I was researching the fried chicken situation in Oimachi. Preparation with Tabelog → What! Currently, in commemoration of the 16th anniversary, all lunch items are priced from 850 yen to 700 yen, and Bento (boxed lunch) are reduced from 700 yen to 500 yen, making it a bargain price! (Until 6/30) So, I rushed to the store thinking there was no reason to hesitate! The store is located underground, down an alley from the main street, so it's a little hard to find, but the signboard A is placed at the entrance. When we arrived around 12:30, the store was about half full. There were also a few other customers. I ordered a fried Bento (boxed lunch) from the kitchen master. Apparently they fry the fried food every time you order, so you have to wait at the entrance for a while. It was completed after waiting about 5 minutes. With the proprietress' voice telling me, ``Please don't spill the miso soup'' and ``Please come again if you'd like,'' I dashed home and opened the restaurant. Oh. . . It's very colorful! In addition to the main dish, fried chicken, there is a colorful selection of raw vegetables, Simmered dish, and Vinegared dish. Now One Coin feels like a good value! So, I quickly grabbed some fried chicken that was still piping hot. Yeah, nice! The crispy batter is fried and coated with flour. The oil drains perfectly. The part is peach and juicy. The taste is slightly sweet, with a rich soy sauce sauce and ginger flavor. Yes, the fried chicken is confident that they are aiming to be No. 1 in Oimachi, but I think this is definitely "The Karaage," and it has an unmistakable quality that gives you a sense of security. The size is a little smaller than the recent trend, and there are 4 pieces weighing around 30g. However, there are plenty of side dishes, so there is no problem with this volume. There are multiple side dishes crammed into one space, but it's probably ``meat and potatoes,'' ``boiled pumpkin,'' and ``oden-like konjac, deep-fried tofu, and stewed vegetables.'' Not all of them are particularly delicious, but they have gentle, home-cooked flavors, and being able to eat a variety of them one by one is a blessing for people with disordered eating habits. Basically, everything is based on Japanese soup stock, so there is no problem even if the flavors mix. Before the coronavirus, the main selling point was that these side Side Dishes could be enjoyed as a buffet at lunch time, but in consideration of the current times, the menu has now been changed to an assortment. pattern. It's great that you can enjoy this variation even in Bento (boxed lunch). In particular, the pumpkin was fluffy and sweet. Under the fried chicken, there was a little cabbage, a little mayo-like dressing, and cherry tomatoes and broccoli. I think what looked like a lemon was actually a grapefruit? Does it even come with dessert? Also, the one that was a personal hit Vinegared dish chicken skin and cucumber. I haven't had a drink at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in over a year, so these little homemade appetizers are ingrained in me. . . Was there more than 200g of rice? Just the right balance for the volume of side dishes. The rice is cooked in small batches in clay pots to keep it warm, so it has a moist texture but is not sticky and heavy, making it perfect for Bento (boxed lunch) (refills are available for dine-in customers). After all, it's nice to have a restaurant that serves delicious white rice. The accompanying miso soup is filled with wakame, tofu, and enoki mushrooms. Having soup makes you feel like you've eaten a full meal, even in Bento (boxed lunch). So, I was very satisfied and enjoyed the meal. The main dish, the fried chicken, was of course of high quality, but the side Side Dishes that played a supporting role also worked very well, and it was a great pleasure to be able to enjoy the feeling of having eaten a well-balanced Japanese set meal in a Bento (boxed lunch). . Certainly, this content makes sense even at the regular price of 700 yen. But now that this is One Coin, I can't help but be happy. I might want to come again this month. This was my first time, but it's a conscientious shop that I hope will continue for a long time as they aim to celebrate their 17th anniversary.
