On Monday, June 17, 2019, I went drinking alone. It's a Seafood chain restaurant that I often see, but since I was on my way home from work, I was drawn to the ``Aori squid sashimi'' and ``Salt-grilled sweetfish'' that were written on the blackboard at the front, so I stopped by. I felt the same way and stopped by once before. When I entered the store at around 5:30pm after failing to pass through, I saw that there was a group of customers seated at a table, and while I was drinking, there was always plenty of space, so it was a place where I could relax and drink. . Well, I also tend to drink on Mondays when I think I'm free. The first thing I received was the sashimi of bigfin squid, and I don't know if the shoulders of the bigfin squid haven't warmed up yet, but it tasted great, or rather, it had a bit of a lack of flavor, but it had a sweetness that reminded me of bigfin squid. It had a good taste with umami. Next is salt-grilled sweetfish, and since it's this time of year, I wonder if it's young sweetfish? Should I just eat the backbone? That's what I thought, but surprisingly it was a normal size and I couldn't fit my spine. As for the taste, it had a nice, refreshing flavor typical of sweetfish, and was delicious. Also, from the regular menu, I decided to try Kushira. I also had grilled eggplant. This is a normal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, so I guess it's delicious. This restaurant's Seafood menu seems to specialize in sashimi, and I think it would be nice if there were more options for grilled and boiled fish. If you only eat sashimi, it will taste raw. (It's the first time I've written it vividly, but I wonder if it'll come through lol)
