Apparently Shoya will be celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and to commemorate the occasion they are releasing a commemorative drama on Youtube.If you show the staff the commemorative drama video on your smartphone, they will give you 50 yen for a drink and a black nikka high. I visited for the first time in a while after learning that they were running a campaign where you could drink as many bowls as you like for 199 yen. I immediately showed the drama video to the staff and ordered draft beer and the shop's specialty stew with motsu, the standard menu item hokke, and the new menu item chicken liver sashimi. I visited for dinner, so I was glad that they had a rice set. With the number of low-priced Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) increasing, I feel that the prices are a little higher than other Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but I think the food is delicious. However, I feel like the amount of food is smaller than before, perhaps due to the rising cost of raw materials...I used to order about 5 items at this restaurant and then regretted ordering because I was full. But today I felt unsatisfied. I felt a little disappointed because I thought it was a store with good cost performance. However, today I was satisfied because I could drink alcohol cheaply and all the menu items I ordered were delicious.
