(⌒-⌒) Blog ⇒[a:http://blog.livedoor.jp/twistman/,[Riding on the flowing clouds♪]] Happy New Year. By the way, it's already January 4th lol I took a break from blogging from New Year's Day this year. For many years, I worked hard without taking a day off on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, but... I didn't work 5 consecutive days from December 30th to January 3rd. I was so busy during the New Year holidays that I couldn't do anything (^^;) Last year It seemed to symbolize. While saying that, I went out for a drink, but it was early in the New Year, so there were only a limited number of restaurants open. Chain stores are the place to go in times like these. I'm really grateful because it was a tough year-end and New Year holiday. Also, the all-you-can-drink option for 1,400 yen for 2 hours is definitely appealing. It comes with draft beer for this price, so I think it's excellent. I opened the door around 8pm, thinking it would be really crowded. Surprisingly, it was empty, and I was able to take a seat without having to wait. So, I had my first drink at "Shoya" in Oimachi. First of all, we were served ``Toso'' (January 1st) (^^)/ I thought the staff would be really reluctant, but... I was impressed by how energetic and pleasant the customer service was. Chain stores are also working hard in this way. I wonder if they're working extra hard in recent years, especially since it's so saturated? Are the days when chain stores were just cheap gone? If that's the case, I'd be very happy... I was in a good mood, so I thought about ordering a sashimi platter, but... I actually thought it would be more luxurious to have a single item, so I ordered it separately this time. Since it's New Year's Day, let's try out the red sea bream sashimi! Since I was feeling lonely with just one dish, I chose the other dish, ``Hokkai live whelk sashimi''! Both were of very high quality, something you wouldn't expect to find at an old chain restaurant...I ended up drinking a lot of alcohol, but it was OK because it was all-you-can-drink that day! The total cost of 6,432 yen for two people drinking 12 alcoholic drinks is too cheap, right? At a restaurant where a glass of alcohol costs 500 yen, this alone costs 6,000 yen! (^^;) Even though I ordered the monthly kamameshi to finish off the meal, it was still at this price! When you think about it that way, the unit price of the snacks itself is cheap. Early in the new year, I completely reviewed "Shoya" ~ Maybe it's a sign of something good to come this year ~ I think I'll probably take a break from blogging for a while, but... I'll tell you various things in real time as much as I can.
