今回は平日のディナーに伺いました。
18:00を過ぎたあたりから次々にお客さんが来て、あっという間にほぼ満席状態に。

新鮮なカンパチにとびっこのプチプチ感が良いアクセント。
サラダ仕立てになっていて、バルサミコソースでサッパリ食べられます◎

サクサクのパイで包み焼きしたきのこのポタージュ。
パイを崩すときのこの香りがふわり。
マッシュルームなど数種類のきのこを使った優しい味のポタージュで、寒いこの季節に食べたくなる一品。

スズキの兜とカマを使ったアクアパッツァ。
冬のスズキは産卵前で脂がのっていて、濃厚なお出汁が出るとのことでしたが、本当にスープが濃厚で飲み干したいレベルの美味しさ…！！！
あさり、ムール貝、海老、ブロッコリー、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、ヤングコーン、トマトなど具材が盛りだくさんで大満足の一皿でした✨
