・主人は、白河ラーメンの名店「とら食堂」から独立した横浜の「白河中華そば」出身。 |
同店では、福島県白河市内発祥の白河ラーメンをいただくことができます。（白河ラーメンは、丸鶏や鶏ガラ・豚ガラで出汁をとったスープに平打ちの縮れ麺が特徴的）
店主さんはサラリーマン出身で白河と横浜の有名店で修業された後、2003年に戸越で創業。その後2011年に大井町に引っ越して来られたそうです。
・中華そば：700円
・支那そば：750円
・鶏そぼろご飯：110円
今回中華そばと支那そばをいただきましたが、スープの美味しさに感動！本命は中華そばでしたが、私も夫も支那そばが完全に好みすぎてほぼ取り合い。（笑）
リーズナブルすぎる価格設定ですが、自家製麺もトッピングもとにかく美味しく、この価格でいいんですかと流石に思ってしまうレベルでした。末長く続いて欲しいお店です。
