美味しいお寿司と丁寧な接客、見ているだけで楽しくなる美しい一品の数々でした。このお店を選んで正解でした。
なかなか回らないお寿司には行かないので、自粛明け羽を伸ばして行ってみることにしました。
雑居ビルの中にあるので入るまでは不安でしたが、中はとてもきれいで心地よい空間でした。お店の紹介にもあるとおり、椅子や机にもこだわりを感じます。
カカウンターで大将の手さばきを見ながら食事をすると気分も上がります。
あまり寿司屋のノーマルを知らないのもあり、先付けから始まり順番に出てくるのも楽しいです。
ねたのし込みや包丁の入れ方も素晴らしく、一口ごとに見事な味と舌触りでした。(肝心の寿司の写真は食べるのに夢中で取り忘れました。)
また行きたいと思うおみせです。
