店員さんは出迎えから感じが良く、予約時のサンキューカードもありました。
期待大です。
まずは前菜盛り合わせ。
イタリアンは前菜盛り合わせで判断できると言っても過言ではありませんよね。
大当たりだと確信しました。
写真奥の鳥白レバーはたまりませんでしたね。
臭み全くなし。
続いて馬肉のカルパッチョ。
マッシュルームとチーズのスライスが相性抜群。
自家製ソーセージ。
ソーセージはもちろんですが、付け合わせのじゃがいもの味が濃く、ちゃんとした食材を使っているのが分かります。
メインのパスタ。
こちらは子羊と万願寺とうがらしトマトパスタ。
肉の味が濃く、シャキシャキの唐辛子とは相性抜群。
絡みましたね～。
ここまで美味しいお店ならばと、僕にしては珍しくデザートも注文しました。
カカオ１００％のティラミス。
うま～い。
苦くて深みがあります。
コーヒーは完全ブラックの僕にはベストですね。
最高。
東京に立ち寄った際は再訪決定です。
