知人がオーナー兼シェフをしているお店。
去年2015年からオープンしていますNIDO(ニド)さんです。
NIDO→イタリア語で『巣』。お客様にとって憩い・集い・帰る場所・隠れ家になるようなお店でありたいとのことです。
たしかに、小洒落たお店だけどアットホームさやカジュアルな感じでもいけるお店です。
そして本場イタリアで修行をしてきた店主がつくる料理は絶品！
この日は女性と2人で食事という最近なかったシチュエーション…やはりそういうときは気心知れてる知り合いのお店に食事やお酒を任せるのがよいですね✨
カウンターに座るとお店の方とも距離感が近いです。

自家製フォッカッチャは北海道産の小麦『春よ恋』を使用したこだわりの逸品。
小さいサイズなら￥100で注文できるので絶対頼むべし♪
奥州いわい鶏も皮がパリッパリでお肉はジューシー、新ジャガもしっかり味が濃いものでクオリティが高い！
パスタは完熟トマトのタリオリーニと釜揚げシラスのペペロンチーノを。
トマトのパスタはタリオリーニなので細めのロングパスタをトマトの名産地であるピアチェンツァ伝統のトマトソースでしっかり絡め、これがとても旨い✨
シラスのペペロンチーノも青海苔の風味が非常に存在感あり和風な感じで面白い♪
本当になに食べても美味しいのでワインやランブルスコがすすみます！
ランチはやっていないお店だけどメニューの料金がランチくらいお手頃だったりもしてコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。
大井町の飲み屋が密集してるところとは離れているので、喧騒から離れて落ち着いて食事を楽しみたいときもぜひおすすめのお店です！
