[Free tasting! ] Wine that is said to be three times the cost price. We will destroy that common sense. My idea is that when I go out to eat, I want to drink wine that I wouldn't (or can't) drink at home. However, those kinds of wines tend to be quite expensive at restaurants. Moreover, you won't know if you like wine until you try it. If it’s a bottle and you don’t like it, it’s the worst! Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's good wine. That's why we charge 2,000 to 3,000 yen cheaper per bottle than other stores, with free tasting.

Our artisans are certified by the Association of Neapolitan Pizza Makers (APN). Participated in the World Championship held in Naples three times, in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Others The kiln of the Neapolitan master Ernesto
Ernesto's kiln, a Neapolitan kiln craftsman, is one of only seven in Japan. Neapolitan pizza is not baked with fire, but with far infrared rays obtained by heating the oven. Far infrared rays are what determine how well the pizza is baked. Therefore, even if the fire inside the kiln goes out, the far-infrared rays will still keep it soft and fluffy. This Ernesto kiln is known for its extremely high heat storage capacity and is therefore the world's highest quality wood-fired kiln, capable of exhibiting an extremely high far-infrared effect.

The theme of our pizza is what Mr. Ikeda of Morishita's famous restaurant Bella Napoli calls "1980's Pizza Napoletana." Crispy and crispy dough, firm corncione (edges), and aged, aromatic pizza. While
... adhering to the minimum requirements for Pizza Napoletana, we introduce Japanese ingredients and original manufacturing methods. The kneaded dough is basically aged for an average of 100 hours. A blend of four types of Naples and Japanese flour. Our philosophy is to ferment for at least 12 hours and use up the product without refrigerating it after fermentation. Please enjoy our original dough, which has evolved because of the lack of a master who kneaded the dough. If I had to name a mentor, all of the restaurants I went to eat at and were inspired by were mentors. Eat and go back to research. I think this is what training is all about.
