大好きなピッツアではあるが、中目黒や目黒・武蔵小山、恵比寿界隈に名店が多いせいか、なかなか新規開拓してなかったので、久々に家族で鮫洲まで遠征。
どうやら地元の人気店っぽいので、予め食べログで予約。
お店は、鮫洲駅近くの住宅街に、一軒ポツンと佇んでいるが、人が列を為しているのですぐにわかる。
テラス席に通され、メニューを見ながらすっごく迷いつつ、以下をチョイス

パスタは大盛り、ピッツァはMサイズを注文。
これに、サラダがセットでついて2,000円以下とコスパが半端ない(究極のマルゲリータは3,200円だが)！
店内は、我々みたいに評判を聞きつけてきたお客さん以外にも、ご近所と思われる家族連れも多くなかなかの盛況っぷり♪
お店は満席状態ながら、ホールを仕切ってるお兄さんと女将さん？の手際が良く厨房との連携もスムーズで注文してからの待ち時間が少ない上にトークを欠かさない愛想の良いサービスもこのお店の魅力だ。
程なくして、まずはセットのサラダ到着。
サラダのドレッシングが自家製のレモン・はちみつベースで甘味と酸味のバランスが想定外にうまく、ピザ食べる前の胃を刺激してくれる♪
食べ終わる頃に今度はパスタが到着。
クリームソースで炒めたキノコ類とショートパスタの上にフレッシュマッシュルームがのっかってて、サクサクとした歯触りと炒めて旨味が出てるキノコ類とアルデンテなパスタとのマッチングが絶妙で美味しい〜
ピザ屋で美味しいパスタに出会えると嬉しさもひとしお。
ちぎりポテトフライも皮のカリカリ感と中のほくほく感のバランスが丁度よく進める手が止まらなくなる。
そうこうしているうちに、主役のピザ二枚が登場。
説明によると、ピザ生地は4種類の小麦粉を使って最低でも48時間寝かせることで、もちもち食感で、縁もふっくらと大きく食べごたえが抜群になるらしいが、確かに縁まで食べても全く胃もたれしない軽い感じながらもちもち食感が堪らなく何枚でもパクパク行けちゃう恐ろしい状況。
究極のマルゲリータは、真ん中のドーム状のブラッタチーズがビジュアル的に映えて食欲をそそるが、割って食べた時のトマトの酸味とクリーミーなブラッタとの絶妙な味加減が、もちもち食感のピザ生地と相まって最高〜♪
本日の気まぐれピッツァは、確かに桜海老感満載だったが、トッピング同士の相性は今一つだったかな。
ちなみに、ここのレモネードは有機レモンで作った自家製で果肉たっぷりで苦味もなく女性陣には好評であった。
ということで、大満足！
