ランチはピザを食べようと『ピッツェリアバッカムニカ』さんへ。
予約せずに１１：００過ぎに訪問し、
テラスならと開店の１１：３０にすんなり入店。
ランチはピザやパスタのセットメニュー。
組み合わせがやや難しいものの、スタッフの方が懇切丁寧に説明してくれるので安心。
迷った挙句、、ピザとパスタのセット。
連れは大好きなブラータのピザをチョイス。
まずはセットのサラダ。
自家製のレモンのドレッシングがさっぱりとしていて美味しい。
野菜もシャキシャキ。
ドリンクは自家製のレモネードを炭酸割で。
生のつぶつぶたっぷり。
ほんのりとした甘みがこれまたさっぱりで美味しい。
待ってました『究極のマルゲリータ』
贅沢にブラータチーズをオンザピッツァ。
濃厚な生クリームとトマトソースをサクサクの生地にのせて一気に頬張る。
最高です。
パスタは海老とプチトマトのペペロンチーノ。
レモングラスがほのかに香り、塩味もちょうどいい。
海老もぷりっぷり。パスタはもちろんアルデンテ。
セットのピザは４種類のチーズとハチミツ。
いわゆるクワトロフォルマッジ。
ハチミツはデフォルトでＯＮ。やっぱりうまいな～
ちなみにこちらのサイズはＳ。
デザートはチーズケーキ。
濃厚で美味しい、ぱっと見小さいけどこれで十分です。
いいお店でした。
