鮫洲駅から徒歩1分、品川シーサイド駅から徒歩7.8分、そして鮫洲の運転免許試験場から徒歩3分ほどにある、ピザ百名店のピッツェリアバッカムニカさんに伺いました。平日の11:50、オープンしてそんなに時間もたってないし大丈夫だろうと向かうとすでに列が…しかも、予約の人がいるからけっこう待つと思いますと。
この日は免許の更新で鮫洲に行っており、次いつ鮫洲に来るかわからないので、とりあえず待つことに。待つこと40分、やっと入店できました。列はさらに長くなっていました。ランチも予約必須です。
・ピッツァとパスタの贅沢セット
ピッツァ、パスタ、サラダ、ドリンク、デザートのお得なセットです。
・サラダ
セットのサラダにしてはかなり立派なしっかりとした1品という感じのサラダでした。チーズと自家製のりんごドレッシングがおいしかったです。
・マルゲリータスペシャル
水牛のモッツァレラチーズを使用したマルゲリータです。生地はとても薄いがもちもちで、耳はわりとしっかりしています。生地が薄いのでSサイズはぺろりと食べられました。目の前の窯で次々と焼かれるピザはやはりおいしいです。
・合鴨と九条葱のペペロンチーノ
こちらは本日のペペロンチーノでした。鴨ネギの組み合わせが外れるはずもなく、こちらもおいしかったです。
・パンナコッタ
デザートはパンナコッタをチョイス。いくつかの中から選べるシステムでした。小さかったですが、とてもクリーミーで、とろとろもったりとしたタイプで、おいしかったです。もう少し固くてあっさりとしたものだと思ってましたが、とろけるプリンみたいで、これはこれでとてもおいしかったです。
・まとめ
かなり贅沢なランチセットで、どれもおいしかったので非常に満足でした。
ビールはクラフトビールを中心に60種類以上、ワインもおいしいものを取り揃えているようでした。
ピッツェリア×居酒屋でピザカヤをコンセプトにしているとのことなので、このお店の真価が発揮されるのは夜なのかなと思います。ぜひ夜も伺ってみたいです。もちろん予約は必須です。
