お店のジャンルとしては居酒屋業態にあたるので、どんな感じなんだろうと、、、
伺ってみると意外にも店内は黒と赤を基調としたモダンな空間が広がっており、驚かされた。
基本的に店内はオープンスペースだが、各座席毎に黒いスクリーンの仕切りがあるので、それを降ろせばプライベート感は保たれるあたりは◎
今の飲食店では珍しく、全席喫煙可な所も他よりも優位性は高そう。
完全個室とカップルシートなんかもあるそうで、デート使いにも良さげです。
営業時間も曜日関わらず、15:00〜OPEN しているので、早い時間にちょい飲みしながら軽く牛タンを楽しむ！

味変に塩ダレを付けて頂くのもOKだが、私的にはレモンと味噌だけで充分に楽しめました^ ^

今日のオーダーは、折角なのでとことん牛タンばかりでしたが専門店だからこその鮮度の高さとその味わいは流石でした。
オシャレな空間で食す絶品牛タンの数々は間違いなく優越感に浸れる事間違いなしですよ。
コスパも良いのでリピート決定です！
