海鮮丼に並べられていた海鮮類は、全て高いレベル感を感じた。

この店、少なくとも海鮮類で「3.19」に沈むような店では無いと思う。


品川・東急線大井町駅の高架下の商店街の一番駅寄りな感じの場所。
前回、向かい側のイトーヨーカドーの「くら寿司」で食べた帰り、一つの出口正面にあったこの店のランチ看板は目に入っていたので、インプットしておいた。

店頭のランチ看板を見て、そのままイン。
仕切りのある広めのカウンター席に座った。


「北海王丼」(1,408円)＋「ご飯大盛」(110円)＋「ザンギ」(750円)　――　写真の通り。

北海王丼という名の海鮮丼、かなりイイ感じである。
見た目からも、その新鮮さやレベル感は十分に伝わってきた。
食べれば、より納得。

メバチマグロ、カンパチ、サーモン、イクラ、甘エビなど。
イクラは、ご飯の上にもまぶされていた。
トップにあった刺身はホヤを蒸したモノっぽかったが、クセが少なくよくわからなかった。

刺身の包丁の当て方一つ見ていても、熟練職人とあまり相違ないような光景を目にしたりする。
