蕎麦屋とつまみとお酒

近くに『そば道』はありますが、ここのお店はおつまみ系が多くて特に便利ですね
アルコール系も多いですよ
お蕎麦屋と言うより居酒屋さん
お蕎麦系のメニューは他のお店と変わりなさそうです
時期的なものか、送迎会歓迎会のポスターあり
トイレがやたら綺麗です（笑）

久しぶりに来ました
近くの大井町駅踏切先の店舗はほぼ蕎麦だけ、なんですけど
ここの店舗は
単品がある、っていうのが魅力のひとつですよね
それでお酒も飲みたくなる、ってなりますよね
っていう感じでこちらに来ましたよ
簡易的ですか
蕎麦刺しは味無しの葱の味もほぼ無しのワサビの風味弱めという悲しみ
三品刺身を軽い気持ちで注文してみたら、どれも脂がのっていて旨みがあるという
玉子焼きも出来たてでホワっとしていて大根おろしも合わせてお見事
蕎麦味噌は焦げ感も良いじゃないの
そして蕎麦
つけ蕎麦で鴨汁にしました
蕎麦は細麺ながら切れることなくリフト出来て香りもある仕上がり
鴨汁、汁は味ありでネギもシャキっとしています
が、鴨肉が味ほぼ無しの皮?っぽいところ噛み切れないの
鴨の存在感……( ･-･ )…

オススメのお酒を注文したのに『もう完売なんですよー』(いや、18時前なんだが(´◉ᾥ◉｀))
まぁ基本的飲み物はどれも旨いです、味は
ただ
フロア店員2名なんですけど
片方は注文取りだけでもう一人に配膳下膳に任せというかんーなのは(￣- ￣ ) カナー
なぜかトイレは隠れ屋敷な位置で内装と機能がものすごく良いんです(´・ω・｀)
まぁ料理は美味しいからまた来るでしょう
