浜松町に本店を構える日本酒バルです。
並べていただいた七田、鳴海、望と、結城酒造の結。
火事で蔵が全焼してしまった蔵の、奇跡的に
残っていた貴重なお酒です。
この日は一杯だけで終了しましたが、酒粕の
ハムカツとかポテサラとか気になるメニュー多し。
お店の方は日本酒の知識がかなり深そうだし、
腰を落ち着けて再訪したいお店でした。
この日延々5時間、体感的には30分で一瞬でした。
大井町のボスのアテンドで、いい店ばかりを
満喫させていただきました。大感謝です。
