春先に体調崩しまして。割と毎年のことなんですが。
こうなるとご飯は喉を通らず
カジュアルに食べられるものが欲しくて。
具体的にはお菓子、アイス、ハンバーガー。
美味しそうなハンバーガー屋さん探して、行ってきました。

お店は鮫洲の駅の近く。
古い商店街の一画です。
店舗はリノベーションかなんかしたのか、
お洒落なカフェandバーという雰囲気。
こちらはピザ屋さんが大元でバンズにピザ生地使ってるそうです。
全部のせボンバーガーを皮付きポテトとジンジャーエールで。

おお、高さがあるな。
バンズがガリっと焼かれていて、
よくある『縦に潰してひとくちで！』は難しそう。
バンズと具材少しずつ食べてみる。
おお、バンズが美味い！
厚さのあるピザ…をさらにしっかり焼いてあるのに近いかな？
これだけで歯触りや香ばしさで美味しいと感じさせるものがあります。
これに豊富なパティや卵を絡めて食べると…より美味しい！
具材についてもパティとベーコン、そしてチーズの力強い味わいに、
リッチでまろやかな卵の旨みが加わって、
正統派においしいです。
皮付きポテトはちょっと独特の風味があるような…。
スパイス？ではなさそうなんだよなー。ジャガイモの品種？
よくある食べやすいポテトを想像して注文するとちょっと違うと思います。
単品ではなく、ドリンクやバーガー必須。
総じてピザ生地使って凄く美味しいハンバーガーでした！
