I came to Fooler Fooler with high expectations because it was the second branch of Baccamunica, a pizza shop in Samezu that always had a long line of people. Hamburger buns here are very rare, as they are oven-baked Neapolitan pizza dough buns. First, I wanted to taste it, so I ordered the simplest Hamburger, the Bon Burger for 748 yen and the greedy set (drink, salad, fries) for 550 yen. After placing your order, we begin firing in the kiln. It's natural for Hamburg to be freshly grilled, but it's also nice to have freshly grilled buns. First, the salad and fries came out, and while I was enjoying them, the bon burger was ready. It looks like it's baked in a kiln, so the surface is charred, so it might not be as good as a regular Hamburger, but when you eat it, you can feel the bitterness of the charring, but it's chewy, like pizza dough. The patty is also meaty and delicious. While I was eating, I looked at the menu and saw that it was 310 yen for a 10-minute Donuts, which was also around the same price as the Bon Burger, so I thought I had high expectations and ordered it. The piping hot Donuts are fried to order and filled with cold lemon-flavored custard cream.The Donuts are crispy on the outside but very soft, and the refreshing cream is a perfect match. It's time-consuming, so it's limited to one per person. I'm very satisfied today. This place is not well known due to its poor location.
