The food is carefully prepared in-house, and is well-received as having no odor and being easy to eat. Our 7 types of "hormone sashimi" are highly recommended because we are confident in their freshness! We have a total of 23 varieties available, including beef such as ``Hakuyan'', which can only be obtained in a small amount from one cow, ``French'', which refers to the sour throat of pigs, and ``Higuchi''. Please enjoy it with our homemade vertical sauce, using only the salty flavor to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
