3週間前、休業日をよく確かめずに、大森駅の用達しの後に伺ってガックリ。本日リベンジです。
餃子だけが食べたいのだけれど、果たしてそれが昼から可能かどうか不安に思いつつ訪問。大丈夫でした。
しからば、と、焼きと茹でを1人前ずつ。
まずは茹でが登場。これです、これこれ。大好きな感じ。肉と野菜のバランスはいいし、ニンニクは使っていない(あるいはほんの少し)、生姜の香りがほんのりするし(もっと効いててもいい)、もっちりの皮でツルンツルンだし。パーフェクト！昔、知り合いの中国人のお母さんが作ってくれていたあの味です。
いつも通りお酢だけで頂きます。(プラス胡椒は、私は好みません。醤油もラー油も不要です。美味しい餃子ですから。)
続いて焼き登場。多分、餡も皮も変えてあると思うのですが。いずれにしても、こちらも美味しい。
1人で頂いた罪悪感で、持ち帰りをもう1人前ずつ、家族に買って帰ることにしました。大喜びでした。
