体調を崩している友人の提案で、野菜料理のお店のこちらを訪問。
野菜で作られている料理しか出していないとのことで、動物性の素材は一切使っておらず、ベジタリアンでも利用可能とのこと。
店主からお店の特徴・コンセプト、料理についてのしっかりした説明あり。
これは真剣に聞いた方がよい。

肉っぽい料理はソイミートで作っているとのこと。
野菜ばかりで満足できないのではないかと、次に行くラーメン屋まで調査してたけど必要なし。
どれも美味しかったし、しっかり満足できた！
