快気祝いを続々貰いまして、昨日は地元でご飯を誘われて
焼肉乙ちゃん 大森ベルポート店に行ってきました！
ここの店は地元大田区の食肉卸業を行う乙川畜産食品株式会社直営の焼肉店なのです。
大田区に住んでいる人はほぼ知ってるほど、有名な店。
JR京浜東北線「大森駅」より徒歩３分
京浜急行線「大森海岸駅」より徒歩４分
と、2種類の路線から行けるアクセスの良さに加え、
いすゞビルの美しい商業ビル、ベルポート内にあるので、待ち合わせにぴったりなんです。
今の時期、1Fにはクリスマスツリーが飾ってあり、気分もウキウキします(^^♪
店内に入ると、木目の明るいカウンター席がありますが、
今日は予約したので奥の席に案内されました。
奥の席は、足が延ばせる掘りごたつ式の座敷席。
その他椅子があるテーブル席もあります。今回は座敷席です。
窓が大きくて、解放感バッチリ！
しかもコロナ対策に席間にロールスクリーンがあり、
隣席に人が来たらロールスクリーンがおります。
まずは生ビール(中サイズ)610円で乾杯！
小サイズなんてまどろっこしいわ！と宴会シーズンは思うようになりました。
ぐいぐいのんで、焼肉食べる、という仕組みが大好きな私です。
お約束毎みたいに、キムチ盛合わせ860円を頼んだけど、
これね、極太きゅうりのオイキムチに、デカ大根のカクテキ、そして甘辛い絶品の白菜キムチ！
ボリュームあって、各キムチの味がどれもウマい。
ガリガリ食べられるきゅうりと大根が半端ない満足感ですね。
焼肉は、快気祝いと忘年会を兼ねるということで、黒毛和牛雌一頭盛り10種@4,250円に。
これ厳選希少部位を少しずつ食べられるというもので、牛一頭食べちゃうことに。
１人前180gなので結構な量なんですよ。
一つ一つに名前がキチンとつけてくれて、
どこがどんな味かしっかり記憶に焼き付けられます。
しかも、肉一枚一枚が厚切りで嬉しい！
ロースターにササミとシンシンを置いて焼肉開始！
肉なんてどれでも同じなんてことはない！
こうして名前がついている部位を食べると随分違う味があることに気が付きます。
シンシン赤身のもも肉ですが程よい甘味で柔らかくて好きだわ(^^♪
まさかと思ったら、サーロインも入ってました。
サーロインを焼肉で、お箸で食べる愉快さと言ったら！

・カメノコウ
・上ロース
・サーロイン
・国産上ハラミ
・カイノミ
・ヒレ
・三角バラ
・とうがらし
の順番で、食べ尽くして胃も満足だし、会話も弾みますね！
こういう食べ方をすると自分の好みの部位が分かって今後の焼肉選びが容易になりそう(^^♪
〆は、石焼ビビンバ 920円でシェア。
熱々の器なので、生卵を混ぜて待つこと数秒、しっかりと卵が具材に絡まって
美味しいのなんのって！
なんかこの夜は肉たらしにあった気分でした。
色々な部位の肉が、寄ってたかって「俺の部分が一番うまいだろう」と
主張しているみたいで面白かったです。
