今日は以前からお世話になっている先輩と10年ぶりの懇親会。MOKUさんはランチではよくお邪魔していましたが、夜の利用は初めてです。
本日は4名で席のみ予約。案内された2階の席はカーテンで仕切られたおしゃれな個室。
カップルの利用から、接待まで幅広く使えそうなお店です。
ビールで乾杯に合わせて、ポテトサラダの盛り合わせ、自家製生ベーコンをオーダー。
燻製明太子のポテサラは香りがよく今まで食べたことがない美味しさ。これはワインが必要だ！ということで、早々に赤ワインに切り替えて、燻製の盛り合わせなどを追加。
気さくな店員さんがワインに合う料理を提供までの時間と合わせておすすめしてくれるので、ついつい追加オーダーが入ってしまいます。
いつもとは一味違う燻製料理に舌鼓をうちながらワインを数本空け、閉店まで長居させていただきました。
