2019年12月、コロナ禍の中オープンされた此方のお店、職場仲間と二次会でお邪魔しました。
こちらの店主、以前は品川にいらしたそうで仲間の一人と顔馴染み、とっても愛想の好い方です。
アルバイト店員さんへの指導も良く、仲間との楽しい時間に華を添えてくれました。
お酒の方は二次会ですから、キンミヤ焼酎のボトルにお店自家製のソーダ、好みの配合で割る、こぉれ癖が無くて最近ハマってます。
いただいたのは、先ずは鶏たたき、さすがはお店一押しだけあって、ややボリュームに欠けるものの、柔らかくてサッパリ、酒のツマミに最高！
それに店主こだわりのポテトサラダ、何だろコレ、隠し味が一つ、今まで食べたポテサラの中でも上位、コレもお勧めです。
鶏料理の定番、鶏皮ポン酢、せせりの唐揚げなんて言うのもいただきましたが、どれもとっても美味しかったぁ。
意外にも焼きとり串がメニューに無いようでしたが、このご時世、大変な思いで仕込んで売れなかったらって考えたら正解かも知れません。
昼時はお弁当も出して頑張っているそうで、是非また寄らせていただきたいと思います。
