スパイスで炒めたキャベツが羊とマッチング
運ばれてきたラーメンから、ほんのり、スパイシーな香りを感じる。
通常の味噌ラーメンではモヤシの炒め物がトッピングされるが、この店は違う。
羊100%のスープに合うように、キャベツをスパイスで炒めたものがトッピングされており、絶妙な風味に仕上がっている。
野菜と一緒に炒めてある挽肉も羊のようだが、味噌のスープに合っている。

前回訪問後、忘れられない味だったので、久しぶりの訪問です。
特製白味噌ラーメン 1,790円
脂身がたっぷりの羊のスペアリブ、ほぐし肉、味玉がトッピングされています。
スペアリブは脂身が多いので好みが分かれると思います。脂身以外はパリパリに炙ってあるのか、食感が良いです。
ほぐしたお肉は、見た目以上に食べ応えのある一品。
味玉は濃いめの味噌スープに合わせて、やや薄目の味つけ。
前回も感じたが、キャベツ炒めがスパイシーに感じられ、独特の味噌スープの風味も相まって、ハマる味になっています。
