The ``chicken skewers'' made with tender Daisen chicken come in 3-piece platters with the must-try liver, heart, and chicken fillet, and 5-piece platters with additional options such as chicken dish and meatballs are also available. The liver is served rare, and the fillet is served half-cooked to the perfect degree of doneness. We also recommend the ``Assorted Sashimi'' where you can enjoy seasonal fish carefully selected by visiting Toyosu, as well as fish shipped directly from Hokkaido and Ibaraki. Enjoy our chef-recommended course meals made with plenty of seasonal ingredients, including seasonal vegetables purchased from Ota market greengrocers.

We always have about 20 types of sake available. There is also a wide selection of local sake from all over the country, and among them, the Ryusei series from Fujii Sake Brewery in Hiroshima Prefecture is recommended. An easy-to-drink sake with a rich aroma of rice that complements dishes. We also have rare Japanese whiskeys such as non-vintage ``Yamazaki'', ``Hakushu'', ``Hibiki'', and ``Yamazaki 12 Years'', which you can keep a bottle of. We also have shochu and wine, so please enjoy to your heart's content according to your cuisine and preferences.

In addition to table seats, the first floor is equipped with a muku counter. The open kitchen allows you to watch the cooking process. We have plates for children and you can enter the store with a stroller, so it's perfect for families. The upper floor has an atrium, so the ceiling is high and it feels spacious. The second floor seats, surrounded by a stately pagoda, are mainly table seats. There are also couple seats with a view of the outside scenery, so it's also recommended for dates. We also accept reserved of the 1st and 2nd floors, so please feel free to contact us.

At lunchtime, we offer 12 types of free large-sized set meals that come with pickles and miso soup. The most popular is the fried oyster set meal. Oyster from Hiroshima are breaded and fried after the order is placed, so they are extremely juicy. In addition, you can enjoy a curry set meal with aromatic Japanese soup stock that is not spicy and has a rich flavor, and a grilled fish set meal using thick Atka mackerel or sockeye salmon, which you can enjoy according to your taste and mood.
