When you visit our store, the first thing you should order is the 3-piece Aizu horse sashimi platter. It is characterized by healthy lean meat with little fat. Basically, we offer thigh, shoulder loin, and rump. Enjoy with the provided spicy miso and two types of soy sauce, sweet and dark.
