番屋はそうとう前から蒲田にある、ある意味老舗だ。
駅前の一等地で長いことこうやって店を構えているのは素晴らしいと思う。
オバチャンの記憶だと２５年は経つのでは。
若い頃はなかなか行くお店として候補に入らなかった。
近所にファクトリーカマタなど若者に人気の店なんかあったりして。
だが、年を重ねてお姉ちゃんはオバチャンになり
ようやく手に届くようになって行ってみると
クオリティーの高いお店で蒲田ではなかなか
良いポジションに位置づけている。
居酒屋だけど質の良いお料理が沢山ある。
もちろん価格は蒲田にしてはやや高級だ。
でもその１つ１つの料理はすべて丁寧に作られている。
エビフライは大きなエビが３匹、そこにタルタルソースが付いてる。
このタルタルはゆで卵、ピクルス、玉ねぎがみじん切りになっていて自らマヨネーズと混ぜて
出来立てタルタルソースを揚げたてのエビちゃんに
乗せることができるのだ。
どれを食べても美味しい。
それはハズレがないと言うことだ。
居酒屋として素晴らしくないか？
お品書きとは別に本日のおすすめが和紙に記されている。
この蒲田の激戦区で安価な居酒屋が毎晩毎晩
ポン引きしているなか、鳥万と番屋は何もしてない。
この２店舗、天地のようでいて一体なのか。
まぁ話を戻して今更ながら番屋は良い店だと気づいた。
地下２階のお店は全個室のため入口から他の客は一切見えず
個室までの道すじはまるで迷路のよう。
お酒が良い具合に進み、ほろ酔い気分でトイレに行くときは要注意。
帰り道が分からなくなることもある。
そのくらいの迷路なのだ。
オバチャン要注意だ。
