本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう。こめんとじゃんじゃんどうぞ 励みになります。
東京都大田区、蒲田駅からほど近い、食い倒れ横丁にある叶え家さんに御邪魔しました。
ビルの2階にあり横に長い構造です。軽くキャパは50席以上。
蒲田在住の人間が居酒屋ならここの刺身が美味いと推奨。
たしかにいろいろな評価点も高い。
ここを大衆系居酒屋というくくりにするのはもったいない味。
テーブル席に通されビールでまずは乾杯。
まず刺身の項目に、
ほうぼう・・680円
イシガキダイ・・690円
イトヨリ・・660円
オジサン・・670円
がある。
ほうぼうとオジサンは砂地の底モノだが、なかなか東京の居酒屋には並ばない。
ともに白身の魚で美味しい。新鮮じゃないと出せないものばかり。
イトヨリはエビが大好物の魚でこれまた一定程度大きくなると刺身が美味しい。
真鯛狙いで釣りだと外道で良くかかりますが美味しんですこれが。
よって刺身盛り合わせ7点盛2280円からスタートしました。
見事なビジュアル。
ヒラメ、イトヨリ、サーモン、ブリ、フエダイ、カレイ、黒ソイ、
馬刺し盛り合わせ1580円
霜降り馬刺しとこうね刺しと赤身の三点盛。
とくにこうねのねっとりした美味さは酒にあいますね。
生牡蠣ポン酢
この牡蠣も大きくて美味しかったなあ。おおぶりで新鮮。東北みたいですね。
アラカルトで勝負しましたが、飲み放題でも2時間早割食事もついて3000円があるようで、
そちらでもう一回チャレンジしたい店でした。
ビジネスマンもズームが増えて、結構昼飲みが出来る時代になりましたね。
雲丹かいくらで映えを競う時代になってますが、これだけの刺身が東京で食べられて
こんなに安ければ満足でございます。ざっと二人で7000円強。
刺身好きな方や飲み放題の方にもコスパも相当良いと思います。
