いいお肉を堪能できる焼肉屋さん
蒲田駅目の前の居酒屋ビルに入っている焼肉屋さんで、他の階のお店に行く際に気になっていたので友人と行ってみることに✨
席のみ予約をしていったからか、個室に案内してもらえました！！
今回はディナー帯で行ったのでそこまで激混みな印象がなかったですが、ランチは行列らしいので昼時の時間帯に行かれる方は余裕を持って行ったほうが良さそうです。
ビールで乾杯した後はゆっくりお話をしながら料理を待ちます。
個室なので周りのお客さんを気にすることなく寛げる所が嬉しいです！！
そして個人的優勝のメニューが、
✨❤️✨厚切り牛タンと山形牛ユッケ✨❤️✨
厚切り牛タンは細かーく切り込みが入っていて、歯応えあるんですが、歯切れが良くとても美味しいです。
切り込みがとてもいい仕事をしてくれてます。
某高級焼肉屋さんといいお肉の横にハイビスカスが乗ってる焼肉屋さんは大体美味しい説が有力です。
この牛タンでライス小を完食してしまいます。
なので追加ライスを注文！！☜この時点でなぜ小ライスにしたのか意味を見失います。
そして桜ユッケではなく和牛ユッケがあったので、和牛をチョイスしてみました。
和牛ユッケは店員さんが生で触れられない為このようなパックに入って出てきます。
結構解凍しきれずにしゃりしゃりで出てくるお店が多い印象ですが、今回ベストコンディションで登場してくれました✨
もうタレの味といい最高に美味しかったです。
再度注文してしまいました。笑
またいい焼肉を食べたい時は利用したいです！！

個室の焼肉屋さんを探していてふと思い出した、牛吟さんにまたお邪魔してきました！！
当日電話予約をして掘り炬燵の個室席を用意していただきました！！
平日の18時頃にお邪魔したのもあり、まだそこまで混んでない印象です。
今回は車だったのでノンアルコールビールでスタートです！！

・キムチの盛り合わせ
・ネギ上タン塩
・上カルビ
・ロース
・和牛ユッケ
・センマイ刺し
・鶏もも
・ハラミ
・ニンニクオイル焼き
・ピーマン

などを注文しました。
プラスでソフトドリンクを2杯頼んでお会計は1人あたり、10,000円ちょっとだったので毎度ながら良いお値段ですね。笑
良い種類のお酒も多いので、飲んでたら多分倍近くいってるとおもいます(^-^;
味はやっぱり美味しいです！！
特にネギ上タン塩！！本当絶品です✨
ネギ塩タレってなんでこんなに牛タンと合うんですかね？！？！
今回なぜかチョレギサラダがほぼ味なしでした、、、
塩分控えめになったので体には優しいですね。笑
接客もとても丁寧で親切なので気持ちよく過ごせると思います♫
また美味しい焼肉を食べに行きたいと思います。
