この店めちゃくちゃ美味い‼️
隠れ名店と言うか
点数はまぁまぁで低くはないが高くもない。
さほど期待していなく
他の店がやってなかったので
帰りがけに見つけたお店
一品一品がしっかりとして
美味しい
牡蠣も冷たいだけの牡蠣かと思ったら
牡蠣の甘味と旨味でポン酢などいらなく
そのまま食べても美味い！
サバのトマト味噌煮も大体のお店がサバ缶を利用してる店が多いが、普通のサバをしっかり煮込んで作ってるから
身が柔らかくて甘いのとトマトの酸味が相まって
旨味しかない！
カルパッチョも新鮮なお刺身がしっかり乗ってるし
メカジキのステーキは鶏なのかな？って思うほど
身がしっかりしていて
弾力性があり、旨味がしっかり詰まってる。
ワインもそこまで詳しくないのですが
注文した際に
こちらの方が○○のメニューには合いますよと
新設に教えてくれる。
久々に当たりのお店に伺えました‼️
