Born in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Joined the company after acquiring Yakiniku (Grilled meat) knowledge and skills at famous Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants such as Heijoen and Kintan. Utilizing his wide range of knowledge, he is focusing on product development as the head chef of Ore Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Kamata branch.
We also have a course recommended for banquets! Delicious Japanese black beef and all-you-can-drink! Same-day reservations are also possible.
