久々に会う友人と女子会♪
今回は日本酒好きなメンバーで集まりました。
個室Dining 粋 -iki-
蒲田駅から徒歩1分ほど。飲み屋さんがずら～と並ぶ細い道にありました。
お店に入口には獺祭がズラ～っと並んでます。
日本酒にも力を入れてそうなので、ますます楽しみ♪
席はお隣と仕切られていて、完全個室って訳ではないですがほぼ個室。
テーブルも広く、席もゆったりでとても良いです。
まずは久々に乾杯♪
■子宝 鳥海山麓ヨーグルト（ロック） 650円 （※ 税別価格表示）
1杯目はこちらをチョイス。
ほんのり酸味がありサッパリとしたヨーグルトのお酒。
甘すぎず飲みやすくて美味しいです。
今回はコースをお願いしました。
予算に合わせたお任せのコースも可能ということで、そちらに決定。

■春キャベツのテリーヌ
まず前菜で出てきたのはこちら。普通の大衆居酒屋さんだと思っていたので
いきなりのフレンチのような前菜にビックリです。
キャベツはシャキシャキとした食感で、サーモンやズッキーニを包んでいます。
■舟形盛り合わせ
きゃ～すっごい豪華！！ 登場した瞬間歓声が。
生のお花もたくさん飾られていて華やかです。
この日は、まぐろ、のどぐろ、平貝、玉子、かつお、サーモン、いしなぎ、ホタルイカ、たこ。
のどぐろまで乗っているとは嬉しすぎ。いしなぎってお初でしたが、こちらも白身で癖がなく美味しいですね。
■獺祭 純米大吟醸 磨き二割三分 遠心分離 一合 2,500円
せっかくなので獺祭をみんなでシェア♡
やっぱり獺祭は香りがよく美味しいですね。
■大山地鶏の串焼き
ももとレバーです。どちらもレアに焼かれています。
焼き加減もとても良くて美味しいです。黒コショウが添えてあるのも珍しいです。
■澪 ～MIO～ ボトル 720ｍｌ 4,000円
大好きな日本酒のスパークリングの澪があったので、ボトルで注文です。
飲めるかなぁ？ なんて心配もよそに、あまりにも楽しく盛り上がったのもあり
短時間で全部空けてしまいました（笑）
■飛竜頭
表面はサクっと揚がっていて、しっかり味がついています。
中はふんわりで、こごみが丸っと顔を出し春を感じました。
とんぶりや生姜もトッピングされており、見た目も素敵ですね。
■トリッパのビール煮
トリッパの煮込みというと、トマトベースが一般的ですがビール煮というのは面白いですね。
ハチノスの臭みもなく、ほどよい食感を残しつつも柔らかく煮込まれていました。
しめじ、レディース大根、カブ、にんじん、ほうれん草と
お野菜もたっぷり添えられていてヘルシー。
バゲットも添えれていましたが、もちもちしていてこちらも美味しいです。
■手打ち讃岐うどん
めっちゃコシのある、しっかりとした噛みごたえの讃岐うどん。
このコシの強さは凄いです。久々に美味しいうどん。
つゆにはジュンサイも入っていて、ミョウガも添えられていました。
■ホワイトアスパラのプリン
本当にホワイトアスパラがトッピングされています。
ホワイトアスパラはシャキシャキ食感。プリンは懐かしいお味。
途中で添えてある、わさびのラム酒和えを乗せてとのこと。
このわさび結構鼻にツーンとくる辛さですが、ほんの少し乗せると
思っていたよりプリンと合うかも！？ プリンの甘さが抑えられ、また違ったデザートに。
お料理もお洒落ですし、ゆったりできる半個室の席で日本酒を楽しむのも良いですね♪
