2016/7/14 道大丈夫？と言われた。以前から、このお店のあるバーボンストリートへは訪問していたから。
大丈夫。バーもあるし、美味しい牡蠣バルさんもある。本日は迷わず到着、待合時間ジャスト。
席へ着いたら、好みの料理を同僚にチョイスされていた。私が美味い酒あれば文句が出ない事をよく知っている。
料理は、焼きなすの刺身。茹でた茄子にたっぷりかかっているネギ、バランスの良い味。豆腐のサラダは、
女子ウケする低カロリータイプ。これはスタートから期待が高まる感じ。続いて和牛の牛たん焼きはトマトと、
ネギが乗って、オリーブオイルがアクセント、塩味で牛たん柔らかく美味い。和牛のカルパッチョは、
パルメザンチーズが掛り、トマト味のソースが決め手。鮮魚ではないカルパッチョは斬新な感覚ですなぁ～
宮城県産の生牡蠣は、イクラとのコラボが嬉しい。こんな贅沢なダブルはいつでもウエルカムだ！
牡蠣のガンガン焼きは生牡蠣とは違った演出をしている。こちらも味わい深く味が濃い味でお酒に合う。
メインの和牛肉寿司は、少し炙った感じが絶妙で、山葵を牛肉で食べたりする気持ちがよく判る味わい。
飲み物は日本酒から。ばくれんはスッキリした辛口。１合徳利に充填された日本酒をクイッと美味い～～
黒龍はこれも純米吟醸の香りがよく、食べ物全般に合う味わい。獺祭は三割九分、50より吟醸香が強く、
そうかと言って、二割三分よりも軽い味。この獺祭の中でこれが一番好きなタイプの獺祭である(^^♪
そしてさらにメインのイクラと蟹の釜飯が登場。開けてビックリこのビジュアル。綺麗なビジュアル。。。
盛り付けても綺麗に宝石が散りばめたかのよう。。ぺろっと食べてしまいました。最後にデザートが出た。
スパークリングワイングラスにアイスクリームを入れてあるミントとバニラのアイスが入っているようだ。
美味しく頂きましたね、御馳走様でした
