美味しい広島焼&鉄板焼きの名店！

GOTOイートで予約した近所の鉄板焼き屋さん。なかなか美味しそうでしたので早速予約。
お店はJR蒲田駅からは少し離れた場所にあります。(直線で行けますがあやめ橋を越えてしばらく歩きます)
お店の中はこじんまりした鉄板焼き屋さんと言った感じでカウンターには大きな鉄板がありそこで調理をされています。
最近飲み過ぎなので、ドリンクはお水で、とんぺい焼と、広島風お好み焼きを注文。
目の前で焼いてくれるので良いですねー。とん平焼美味しそうな玉子を2つも使った秀逸品でした。広島風お好み焼きもスタイルの限界値の旨さを出していたのでなかなかでした。

・青い刻みネギを焼いた後に豚バラを焼
最後に質の良い玉子を2つを割ってくる
んで出来上がりです。
玉子が良いので味はかなりいけており
優秀な部類です。
◯ (肉やき そば入)◎
・広島で食べる名店に引けを取らない広島
焼です。ハイレベルですが、オーソドッ
クスな広島焼自体が最近の食文化のなか
では、進化に無い取り残された存在に
なって来ています。「蕎麦と蒸し野菜の
玉子のせソースかけ」というのがどうも
バランスが悪く、おたふくソースでむり
やりまとめてあげた物の限界がかいまみ
えます。発展系は野菜に出汁+水溶き片
栗粉+小麦粉をかけて野菜臭さを抑えて
お粥の様なトロミを出す物が私の中で
の主流。
優秀な味ですが今後の発展に期待したい
と思います。

広島焼のプレーンとしては高めの値段です
微妙なラインなのでそんなに悪いという
ほどでは無いですが、色々入れると価格が
かなり高くなるのでこの評価

・広島焼発展系にチャレンジしてくれる事を期待
・お好み焼き鉄板で切ってくれるのは良いのです音がでかくうるさいですね。ステーキ屋のナイフを買って切りましょう。ひとり考え事の邪魔です。
