At our store, we purchase and use organic vegetables that are free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers from several contracted farmers, although not all of them. Our beef and pork are completely pasture-raised. Thanks to our interaction with producers, we receive freshly processed products that are shipped directly to us. Erimo shorthorn beef from Hokkaido. We also use natural fish, which is basically shipped directly from Hokkaido. |
