蒲田にある隠れ家的なめのぐが大好きなイタリアン、ここだけいい意味で蒲田ぽくないオシャレで良い空間(蒲田っぽさもそれはそれでいいのですが！)。
虻川シェフはアロマフレスカ、TACUBOの前身店に在籍された実力派。
とにかく食感の出し方、味の重ね方、見せ方のバランスが卓越してる。
食材・器は日本や和を感じ、イタリアンとしてのメニュー構成や海外食材とも見事にブレンドしています。
隠し味的に使われるスパイスや苦味も、お酒にも合うしオトナ味だなぁ〜といつも感服。今回も百合根のフリットのクミンや、猪のピチの蕗の薹がニクい味の演出でした(泣)!!!
百合根のフリットで美味しすぎて涙して、オレッキエッテのもっちもち具合とソース＆白子の香ばしさで再度涙、猪のピチもサイコーでした。
シェフもマネージャーの宮本さんも本当にいつも気さくで今回も美味しくて嬉しくて楽しいディナーでした。
