蝦夷鹿がトロットロで、牛蒡の香りとの相性いい。チーズもたっぷりかかっていて、濃厚だけど、軽やか。

オーストラリアの仔羊は追加¥1,300
柔らかく、しっとりとレアで、仔羊のか弱い肉々しさは、シンプルに塩で。
脂身は皮目をカリッと焼いて香ばしく、甘みを感じる。茗荷が効いている薬味と合わせるのがいい。
本日のドルチェ
ティラミスの最中。パリッサクッととても食感が軽く香ばしい最中の中に甘苦のとろーりティラミスで抜群の組み合わせ。
最中の皮は、蒲田の専門工房のものとか。色々挟んで食べたくなる。
他のお客様のドルチェはモンブランでココナッツのアイスとの組み合わせが美味しそう。
アミューズからデザートまで、優しい味付けで見た目も美しく楽しめました。
特に、仔羊の脂の皮目を焼いたもの、蝦夷鹿、デザートの最中が印象的。
蒲田では、貴重な落ち着いて料理を楽しめるお店。
テーブルに一輪の生花が飾られてるのが素敵。
テーブルの幅がもう少し広いといいな。
自家製ジンジャエール ¥800は、程よい辛口。もう少し濃いめの方が好き。

Italian Cuisine located halfway between Kamata Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and Kamata Station on the Keikyu Line. I was impressed by the holiday lunch I had before. This time, I decided to try the reasonably priced weekday lunch (pasta with salad) for ¥1,200, and although it was a little before 12:00, the place was almost full. You can choose from two types of pasta, but for an additional ¥1,300, I chose the linguine with squid and olives, which cost ¥2,500. The salad consists of leafy vegetables, carrot trape, purple cabbage, chicken ham, and steamed sweet potato. It feels healthy. The linguine contains plenty of squid. The taste is a bit monotonous. It might have been nice to have some tapenade-like olives with some squid added as an accent. The price was so high that I expected a little too much effort. I have a good impression of the store's response. However, I like the gentle taste of this restaurant, so I would like to give it another chance. Please note that the stairs to the second floor are a little steep. "Autentico" means unique in Italian.
