こんなに素敵なお店を蒲田で発見しました。
ホリデーランチとなります。
奥方が蒲田に用事があったので、私も着いて行って、お昼も過ぎて13時位でお腹もスキスキ。
何となぁ～くイタリアンな気分だったので突然電話で、予約とれましたぁ（超ラッキー）。
一番奥の4人掛けテーブルに通されました。
先ずは、ビールとグラスワイン赤と白、お水もね!

アミューズ：江戸崎南瓜の冷製スープ
ホクホク江戸崎南瓜をサッパリと仕上げてあります。
前菜：カンパチのマリネ
カンパチは、お味からして天然ものです。
活きものをお店でさばいていると思えるほど新鮮でプリプリです。
酸味が効いたソースがとっても素敵で最高の前菜となっています。
初めのパスタ：新鮮な鰯をソテーしたパスタ（乾麺）です。
イメージ的には、新鮮なアンチョビパスタといった感じでGood!!!
メインのパスタ：牛肉のボロネーゼで生パスタに絡めてある。
しっかり目の味付けで、量のわりには満足度が高い。
デザート：我々がお酒をしっかりいただいているので甘くないカスタードとチーズの大人のデザートGood!Good！Good!三連発です。
ビール：

イタリアビール、初めてこんなに美味しいビールって感じの本格派ビールでした。
ワイン：
◎カポレモーレ ラツィオ ビアンコ マルコ カルピネーティ（白）
ドライでフルーティーでありながら、ほんのりとバニラの香りが追いかけてくる。

◎タウリ アントニオ カッジャーノ（赤）
ブラックプライムとレッドベリーなどのフルーツ風味にブラックペッパー系の香りが後から迫ってくる。
こちらも本日の大当たり!!!
ワインを沢山いただいたので、料金はすこし高目になりましたが、お料理・ワイン・ビール全てに於いて厳選された、とっても素敵なレストランに巡り合えました。

突然決まった店、久々に完成度の高い完璧なランチでした。
