京急蒲田駅から2分の「だし 和食 福もと」さん。
店内はカウンターとテーブルで22席ほどです。
料理はおばんざい、おつまみ系、お刺身、焼き魚、肉料理、小田原干物、玉子料理、食事系など豊富です。
コース料理もあります。
福本店主は徳島県のご出身で、徳島や京都で修行された後、ホテルオークラでも活躍されました。
まずは、店主オススメの「季節のおばんざい」を注文。
新潟県産岩もずく・新じゃがの煮物・うるいと鯛のほぐし身・明太しらたき・茄子の揚げ浸し。
どれも上品な味付けで日本酒が進みます。
「出汁巻き玉子」は魚沼の小田島さんの平飼いこだわり卵を使っています。
出汁がたっぷり入っても形が崩れない玉子焼きは、見た目も美しく絶品です。
「茶碗蒸し」のから蒸し（具材なし）は、玉子焼きと同じこだわり卵で作られています。
色白の茶碗蒸しは、お吸い物ようでした。
「春山菜の天麩羅」は、ふきのとう・タラの芽・こごみ・春独活・筍の構成。
カリッと揚げられた魚沼産の天然物は、天つゆでも塩でも美味しい。
「平目と新玉葱の南蛮漬け」は、肉厚の平目の食感がしっかり。酢の加減が好み！
日本酒は20種類ほどあり『鷹勇』『東力士』『扶桑鶴』『鶴乃里』『不倒翁』をグラスでいただきました。
カウンター席で店主さんといろいろお話していると、共通の知人がいることがわかりビックリ！
楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
