We always have 6 to 7 types of local sake that go well with our carefully selected dishes. We carry brands from all over the country, ranging from dry to fruity flavors. Among them, ``Midorikawa'' from Niigata Prefecture is recommended because it has a sharp but not too strong aftertaste, making it easy to pair with any special dish. The lineup will also change, so even regular customers can enjoy it.
