金曜18時半過ぎ訪店。お刺身中心の立ち飲み。狭い店内は満席で、外でも飲んでいる人がいる。常連さんが多く、女性2名の店員さんとお話しが弾んでいる。お勘定は名前で管理。ドリンクは名前の書かれたポリカップ。
上喜元1合(¥660)から。日本酒はポリではなく、ぐい呑みにて。酢味噌のホタルイカ(¥440)、おつまみネギトロ(¥550)をオーダー。いずれもポリのトレイに盛られる。鮮度は良い。更に上喜元をもう1合。
