蒲田で絶品魚料理が食べられるお店発見
蒲田駅東口を降りてから徒歩３分
“炭火とうまいもん暁”
今回は魚料理に目がない主人と行って来たよ
活気あふれた店内のカウンターに着座。
本日のお通しは、
桜えびの茶碗蒸し

まずはお刺身5点盛り
→サービスで7点盛りにしていただきました
中トロ

見た目でわかる新鮮な魚はどれもぷりぷり✨
満席の店内のほとんどのお客さんが注文していたよ。

地鶏の炭火焼きは、すごく新鮮なお肉だから、
レア気味でゆず胡椒付けて食べたら最高に美味しかった
霧島SPF豚の朴葉焼き
飛騨高山の郷土料理が蒲田で食べれて嬉しい
甘めのお味噌が柔らか豚に絡んでお酒が進む〜♪
白子とあん肝の愛盛り

白子はぷりぷり、あん肝も新鮮でこれは日本酒に合いますね！
金目鯛に煮付け
主人が1番喜んでいた✨
目玉の周りのコラーゲンたっぷりの部分をめちゃくちゃ美味しそうに食べていたよ

注文を受けてからひとつずつ作る土鍋ご飯は、
1杯目はそのまま食べて、2杯目は出汁茶漬けにして食べるスタイル。
お腹いっぱいの私だったけど、これは別腹

新鮮な鮭といくらたっぷり✨
スタッフさん曰く、お店のイチオシメニューで、
ほとんどのお客様が注文するそうです。

これまた主人は3杯も食べていた
美味しい物となると食べ方違うわ
土鍋ご飯は1.5合と少し多めのご飯だから、
食べ切れない時はおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りok
私達もおにぎりにしていただきました
スタッフさんはめちゃくちゃテキパキしていて、
めちゃくちゃ混んでいるのに、ドリンクオーダーしても
パッと持って来てくれて最高に嬉しかった✨
帰りのお見送りでは、
入浴剤か飴ちゃん貰えるよ✌️
こーゆー心遣いも嬉しいな☺️
店内はずーっと混んでいた理由が
本当にわかる。
