Please contact us if you have small children. ○We are only offering the Yamagata beef Steak course. ○A la carte (lunch set) is available only if a private room is available on the day of use, but in that case, a private room charge of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged per person. ○Reservations cannot be made online, so reservations must be made by phone only. 蒲田西口からしばし歩く山形牛にこだわる鉄板焼きのお店。山形牛は仙台赴任時代、山形ですき焼き、ステーキ、ハンバーグなど濃厚な旨さを堪能してきました。果たして！と期待膨らませランチ訪問。
ハンバーグランチ2300円。ミニカレールー追加400円にしました。蒲田にしては全体的にそれなりのお値段。
注文するとシェフがさっそくカウンタ鉄板で野菜、ハンバーグを焼きはじめました。カウンタ席でリーフ野菜サラダを戴きながらじっくり眺めます。ハンバーグ添え野菜はピーマン、じゃがいも、ナス、レンコン、まめ。ハンバーグはやや薄め？かな。と、途中でハンバーグはオーブンに移動。しばらくしてこじんまりした鉄なべに野菜、ハンバーグが載せられ提供されました。
ハンバーグに大根おろし、ソースは和風。
ミニカレーは小麦粉未使用こだわりルーとのこと。山形牛肉ゴロゴロではなくミンチのキーマ風。インドカレーをイメージする面白い香辛料の味わいでした。
全体的に控えめながらの美味しさ、肉汁たっぷり山形牛というイメージで入店するとちょっと期待外れ感はあるか..。
ハンバーグはもう少しジューシーさが欲しい。ほどほど熱々の鉄板に大根おろしというのも。ソースはやはり本格デミグラスソースも選びたい方もいるでしょう。肉厚ではなくオーブン入りで割とパサパサ感も..。もう少し焼いて肉汁を閉じ込めてオーブンに入れるか、あるいはそのまま鉄板で焼くか。ハンバーグはこのボリュームなら鉄板で仕上げても良さそう。野菜はじゃがいもよりやはり玉ねぎが合いそう。
カレーも山形牛カレーとなると牛肉ゴロゴロをどうしても期待しますが、ミンチとなると。ちなみに個人的にはこのインド風キーマビーフカレー、面白くて好きです..。インドでは牛肉は使いませんが(笑)。
ごはんは小さなカップなのでルーがかけづらく、スプーンはルー用ではなく小さなスプーンが食べやすいかな〜。次回はカレーを単体注文します！
