味濃いめなので、お酒のおつまみにかなりぴったり。馬肉の風味はまずまず。

✅美味しいしめ鯖。脂のトロッとした感じもあり、かなり楽しめる。しめ鯖ならではの食感と染み出す酸味、独特の美味しさは求めてる王道の味わいのど真ん中。

＊砂肝：独特のコリコリ食感。風味もあり美味しい。
＊せせり：ジューシーさが強く、旨みも強め。より鶏肉の味わいを濃く楽しめる。

【軟骨唐揚げ】550円
✅カラッと揚げられた軟骨の唐揚げ。お肉が割とついており、お得感アリ。軟骨のしっかりとしたコリコリ食感が堪らない。脂もバッチリあり、満足感高い。
