先日テレビで放送されていたのを思い出し、羽田空港へ向かう前に寄ってみました。お昼の時間帯で予約できるお店だったのでその点とても良かったです。
最初にスパークリングワイン(300円の安さ!)と豚肉パテの先付けを頂き、2人でシェアした特ロースカツと白ヒレカツ定食を相盛りにしていただきました。
塩、だし醤油、特製ソース、鬼おろし入りの出汁につけて食べることができ、まずはヒレカツを塩で頂きましたが、これまで食べてきたヒレカツの中でもダントツでしっとり柔らかく、抜群の美味しさでした。ロースもリブロースのため脂も甘く、非常に肉の美味しさをダイレクトに感じられるものでした。
だし醤油をはじめどのトッピングも美味しかったのですが、特筆すべきはやはり鬼おろし入りの出汁。大根おろしが後半のカツの脂っこさをサッパリ流し消化を助けてくれるとともに、出汁自体のカツオの風味がとても感動的に良いものでした。
個人的にかなり満足度が高かったので、また是非お邪魔したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
