以前から気になっていたお店です。通し営業していたのでちょっと入ってみました。
釜玉中華そばの小でも150gの麺です。目の前の調味料の他にチーズもあります。店員さんにお願いして出してもらうようです。これだけの薬味を揃えていることは、すごくサービス精神旺盛ということでしょう。
最初はシンプルにこのままの状態からで食べます。もちもち平麺なので食べ応えがありますね。続いてキクラゲ投入です。ノーカロリーなので、ポリューム増しに最適です。私は食感が好きなのでたっぷり入れました。そしてカツオ粉を入れると、一気に魚介系に早変わりです。次に刻み生姜でさっぱり香り高く仕上げます。ここまでの味変遊びは全勝ですね。そして、気になるバカにらを入れたら、辛味が前面に出て全く別の顔が出てきます。辛味が口の中で暴れまくりますが美味しいです。汗も出始めます。ここでしいたけ酢を一周かけると、辛さが嘘のように穏やかに静まります。
まるでアシュラマンの顔のように、いろいろな顔を見せてくれる釜玉中華そばは、これから流行る予感がしました。
自分好みの味を作り上げるために通うかもしれませんね。
