手狭なお店なので、予約ないと遅い時間しかまず入れないと思います。
ほぼ全員がオーダーする『出汁割り』は、うんま〜っと呟きながら、いくらでも入って行きます。

【私のレビュー】
◯雰囲気 (Atmosphere):
明るく清潔感があり、コの字カウンターやテーブル席が配置されている。
19時過ぎに訪れた際には、既に我々の席を残して満席で、凄く賑わっていた。 カウンター越しにスタッフも愛想良く接してくれました。フォールの女性も忙しい動き廻りながらも、フレンドリーな対応をされてました。客にとって居心地の良さに一役買っている。席間隔と通路の狭さは構造上ヤムを得ない。この距離感が魅力とも言えるが…
◯料理の質 (Quality of Food):
おでんお任せ盛合せの具材は大根、たまご、こんにゃく、ちくわぶ、ウィンナー、青菜、三つ葉、焼き豆腐、地たこなど、質の高い食材を使用しており、出汁の旨さがそれぞれの素材の特徴を活かしているように感じた。
おでんはネタは種類豊富で次回のお楽しみに数種類をロックオンした。
最後の〆の『おでんトマトのチーズリゾット』は、映え映えで、チーズの濃厚な味わいが絶妙でした。『とうめし』は出汁が沁みたご飯の上に同じく味が乗った豆腐を盛って出て来るが、途中で出汁を足してくれて出汁茶漬け風にしてくれる。
◯ドリンクの種類 (Variety of Drinks):
日本酒の種類は10種ほどで、おでんや刺し身に合う辛口やすっきり系が充実。おすすめはなんと言っても出汁割り。ほとんどの方がオーダーしていたと思いました。最初そのまま、途中で七味辛子を振って味変でまた美味い。
ドリンクメニューのバリエーションが豊富で、好みに合わせて選びやすい。
◯サービス (Service):
お通しの漬物盛り合わせや湯葉豆腐は、サービスの一環として提供される。
スタッフの丁寧な説明とフレンドリーな態度が、良い雰囲気を生み出している。店内は手狭であるが満席なので、空いたお皿は良いタイミングで引いてくれる。 たまたま席が空くことがあっても、事前に電話するか、早めに予約がよい店舗であり、混雑時にもスムーズなご案内が期待できる。
◯立地 (Location):
蒲田駅東口からのアクセスが良く、周辺の居酒屋通りから一歩入った場所に位置している。看板が小さく目立たないが、ネットで道検索して、その付近でしっかり探して下さい。階段を上がれば店舗があるため、探すのが少し難しいものの、それが隠れ家的な雰囲気を醸し出している。
◯価格 (Price):
おでんの盛り合わせや「とうめし」は手頃な価格で提供され、コストパフォーマンスが高い。いろいろ映えるメニューがあり、隣近所に運ばれる料理を目で追っかけてしまう割に安い。今回食べきれなかったものを次回食べたいと思わせる価格設定なので、リピーターが多いのでお店がドット混む！
