...e not limited to Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but also japchae, samgyetang (large and small), tteokbokki, kimbap (seaweed rolls), charcoal grilled samgyeopsal set (made with Ibaraki Prefecture's Rose Pork), and the restaurant uses precious skirt steak, which can only be obtained from 4-5 kg of one Japanese black beef cow. Popular dishes are Seafood tofu jjigae and suoesharu miso jjigae. Not only the kimchi, but even the miso is homemade! Koreans are also happy to be able to enjoy old-fashioned flavors that they can't get in Korea in Japan.
